Ragnar Bloom’s practice with Rosenberg Law Group includes representing individuals and businesses in license defense matters as well as general civil litigation. He has significant civil and criminal litigation experience, having previously worked both as a public defender and within the court system for two different judges. As a public defender in King County, WA, he represented people on matters ranging from criminal defense to dependency and termination of parental rights cases. He appeared in court almost daily for motions, trials, sentencings and other hearings. Ragnar also spent a year as a law clerk for a superior court judge in Juneau, Alaska, and served as an extern for a Federal District Court Judge in Seattle, Washington, during law school.
Ragnar Bloom has a J.D. from the University of Washington, an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a B.A. from Oberlin College. Prior to entering law, he was a high school teacher in New York City.
